Duties:
- Prepare and prosecute patent applications, including drafting claims, specifications, and responding to office actions.
- Conduct technical assessments and evaluations related to wireless telecommunication standards, signal processing, and computer networking.
- Perform prior art searches and provide detailed analyses on patentability, freedom-to-operate, and infringement risks.
- Collaborate with inventors, clients, and legal teams to formulate and implement effective patent strategies.
- Review and analyze patent-related documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
