Job summary

DSI is hiring Retail Sales Associates in Des Moines to represent AT&T inside a store-within-a-store setting. You will greet customers, assess needs, present AT&T wireless options, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers uncapped commission, paid training, career advancement, and a comprehensive benefit package, including health coverage and a 401(k). Prior retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable working in a busy retail environment.
• Able to stand/walk for 8+ hours.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, tablets, smartphones).
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a busy retail setting.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive sales by meeting/exceeding targets and closing sales.
• Process transactions and activate service plans accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge and brand standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
