Job summary

Ontivity in Oklahoma City is seeking a Construction Manager to lead day-to-day field operations for Small Cell installs and wireless upgrades. You will supervise crews, coordinate vendors, manage materials, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role demands 3–5 years of wireless construction experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with travel up to 50–80% as needed. OT available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of wireless or Small Cell construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–80% and work extended hours.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance on all job sites.
• Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors during installations.
• Execute construction plans and schedules provided by the Project Manager.
• Monitor daily progress and report to Project Manager and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation, equipment, and material inventories.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Mentor field personnel and support closeout activities.
