Job summary

Ontivity in Oklahoma City is hiring a Small Cell Technician to support all aspects of Small Cell installations, including construction and maintenance of sites. You will follow safety and quality guidelines and report progress daily.

This role requires traveling up to 90%, working in field environments, interpreting blueprints and specs, and using RF test equipment to troubleshoot RF and fiber issues. A CDL is a plus and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• RF test equipment familiarization required.
• Knowledge of LTE/5G/Wi‑Fi standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs.
• DAS installation and troubleshooting background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety first; follow all guidelines and report progress daily.
• Install DAS equipment including antennas, coax, and couplers.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project documents; ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot RF and fiber issues; perform line sweeps and PIM testing.
