Job summary

Ontivity is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations for DAS installations and wireless infrastructure upgrades in Houston, TX. You will lead field crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery in line with project specifications and budgets.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety protocols, managing materials, documenting work, and communicating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in wireless or DAS construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Experience leading field crews and coordinating operations.
• Familiarity with construction documentation and reporting tools.
• Public Safety DAS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance on all sites.
• Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors during DAS buildouts.
• Execute plans and schedules from the Project Manager.
• Monitor daily progress and report to the Project Manager.
• Resolve on-site issues and adapt plans to maintain momentum.
• Inspect sites for quality, safety, and adherence to specs.
• Manage inventory of tools and materials, procure as needed.
• Document work with logs, photos, and reports.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Train and mentor field staff to CMS standards.
• Support testing, punch lists, and closeout activities.
