Job summary

MasTec Communications Group is seeking a Wireless Construction Supervisor to lead telecom construction projects in the North Texas area. You will develop your team, ensure safety, and drive on-time delivery with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.

The role emphasizes coaching, field troubleshooting, and strong customer service while supporting a team of crews across wireless and tower sites. A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a tower technician and/or foreman.
• 3+ years of experience as a tower technician or foreman.
• Strong leadership and day-to-day crew support.

Responsibilities

• Develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom construction (Wireless and Tower construction).
• Lead by example and support the safety culture across the company.
• Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects.
• Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers.
• Gives direction to multiple crews and their job site activities.
• Additional duties as assigned.
