Job summary

The Ash Group is seeking a Construction Scoping Engineer - Wireless for a 12-month contract in Plano, TX. Hybrid work arrangement with compensation up to $76 per hour W2.

Responsibilities include creating SOWs, BOMs, and coordinating with stakeholders to keep projects on time and within budget. Candidates should have 2–5 years of wireless experience, preferably with TMO background, and be capable of reviewing construction documents, managing site construction, and ensuring safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• 2–5 years wireless experience with TMO background.
• Experience delivering cell site construction and upgrades.
• Ability to review construction documents & determine site feasibility.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety, equipment installation, and rigging requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document per-site SOW and BOM.
• Review drawings, RFDS, and mount/structural designs for constructability.
• Identify site constructability changes to meet RF requirements.
• Create day-by-day build/outage plans with stakeholders.
• Plan schedules and adjust scope with project managers and service providers.
