Job summary

VOLTO Consulting seeks a Wireless Analyst in San Antonio, Texas, onsite. The role focuses on wireless feature changes, service interruptions, and carrier coordination, with a pay rate of $27/hour on W2.

You will troubleshoot mobile applications on iOS and Android, manage device orders, and ensure security compliance and asset recycling. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in wireless support and familiarity with Mobile Device Management and Intune.

Qualifications

• Identify and resolve technical issues in mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and device functionality to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Provide end‑user support for issues related to mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, and mobile data cards).
• Manage mobile device order processes, security compliance, vendor coordination, telecom plan management, and asset recycling coordination.
