Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED required.
• On-the-job training from 1 to 8 (or 10) weeks for production work.
• Good verbal, math, reading and writing skills; basic tool use.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate wire winder and set up/reattach as needed.
• Identify raw materials and verify material numbers.
• Document good and non-conforming product daily.
• Train new employees and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain production paperwork and meet quality targets.
• Overtime and weekend coverage as required.
