Parker Hannifin in Mansfield, TX is seeking a Wire Winder operator to set up and run bobbin winders, monitor feeds, and ensure quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will record data, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety/quality guidelines while supporting continuous operation of equipment. On-the-job training is available, and teamwork is essential to success.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED.
• Production experience preferred.
• On-the-job training 1–8 weeks (up to 10 weeks).
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Basic knowledge and use of hand tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate bobbin winders according to manufacturing specifications, following detailed instructions accurately.
• String wire through bobbin winders, adjust counter to necessary footage, fill up oil container as needed.
• Record the necessary data on WW2 for labeling.
• Place finished bobbins on wire table, make wire bobbins according to inventory on wire table.
• Keep all bobbin machines operate continuously.
• Pull material from warehouse as needed.
• Maintain work area in clean and orderly fashion, follow 5S practices.
• Know and practice all safety regulations and quality guidelines.
• Report production issues to direct lead.
• Perform work on an equal or lower classification.
• Detect and report problem areas or unusual conditions to the Value Stream Team Lead.
• Perform related and other duties assigned by the Value Stream Team Lead.
