Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: Production work preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training provided (1–8 weeks, up to 10 weeks).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math and reading skills.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Able to work in a team and maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate bobbin winders per specifications.
• Thread wire through winders and adjust counters for required footage.
• Record production data for labeling (WW2).
• Place finished bobbins on wire table and prepare inventory.
• Maintain continuous operation of bobbin machines.
• Pull materials from warehouse as needed.
• Keep work area clean and follow 5S practices.
• Adhere to safety regulations and quality guidelines.
• Report production issues to the Value Stream Team Lead.
• Perform duties at equal or lower classification as assigned.
• Identify and report problem areas to the team lead.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
