Guaranty Bank & Trust Company is seeking a detail-oriented Wire Clerk to join our operations team in Mississippi. The role focuses on processing incoming and outgoing wires, loading ACH stop payments, and reconciling balances across accounts.

Qualifications

• Education: Required – High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred – Post–secondary certificate or degree, experience will be considered.
• Experience: Required – None.
• Preferred – 1 to 2 years of experience in banking or a related area.
• Certifications: Required – None.

Responsibilities

• Process ACH files from MNBB, load stop payments and work on ACH returns.
• Load and process incoming and outgoing wires daily.
• Load wires on the wire log.
• Load and process large dollar returns.
• Check account maintenance reports.
• Ensure bank is in compliance with federal banking regulations including Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, CRA, ADA, Privacy Act, GLBA, and wire clerk roles.
