The position requires 1-3 years of banking experience with knowledge of wire transfer and ACH activities, plus strong customer service and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of banking experience required with a basic understanding of wire transfer and ACH activities.
• Associates degree in business or related field preferred.
• Must have excellent customer and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with funds management and wire transfer functions while processing outgoing domestic and foreign wires.
• Handle reporting, answer ACH questions and return items, reconcile general ledger balances.
• Process verifications and related daily tasks.
