Responsibilities

• Processes and verifies incoming and outgoing domestic and international wires through bank systems, adhering to policies and deadlines.
• Process service messages and drawdowns.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve wire-related issues, and assist branches and departments.
• Perform callbacks for online initiated, repetitive, and remote wires.
• Follow policies during client callbacks and activities involving risk.
• Adhere to wire transfer process policies and procedures.
• Monitor OFAC details for potential violations and unusual activity.
• Report OFAC matches and unusual activity to supervisor/compliance.
• Complete mandatory training including BSA and AML procedures; stay compliant.
• Maintain regular attendance; be available during emergencies or late shifts.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
