Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a meticulous Wire Transfer Clerk to support the end-to-end processing of domestic and international wires. You will handle balance postings, verify transfers, and assist clients while adhering to policy and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include using the FIS eWire system, performing reviews, and coordinating with the Finance group to meet Federal Reserve requirements. Strong detail-orientation and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years general experience.
• Ability to perform wire transfer tasks accurately and in compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Balance and process wire transfers to ledgers for banks and customers.
• Process incoming domestic and international wires using the FIS eWire system.
• Accept outgoing wire requests from clients and employees via multiple channels.
• Create and deliver international wire disclosures for regulatory approval.
• Verify and maintain outgoing wire transfers initiated by customers in person at retail locations.
• Complete secondary review of electronic wire transfers via Business Online Banking.
• Ensure compliance with Wire Transfer Policy #818 and related procedures.
