Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of wire transfer experience required.
• Two to three years banking industry or operations experience.
• Minimum of three years management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Wire Department and staffing.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff; conduct staff meetings.
• Build relationships across the bank to support collaboration.
• Act as a resource for customers and staff on wire transfers.
• Monitor internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Prepare management reporting using core systems.
• Assist in system enhancements and vendor coordination.
• Review daily activities and general ledger settlement.
• Monitor department budget and variance reporting.
• Handle HR duties including scheduling, performance reviews, hiring.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning.
