Surety HR, Inc. is seeking a Wire Harness Process Engineer Specialist to turn customer drawings into production layouts and support new product launches on the shop floor.

You will review drawings, develop BOMs, and provide technical guidance while troubleshooting equipment and processes to ensure quality and on-time delivery. The role emphasizes teamwork with customers, production staff, and Quality.

Qualifications

• 2-D CAD software experience is needed to create production layouts.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills are essential for resolving process issues.
• Ability to review drawings, interpret BOMs, and guide manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Convert customer drawings into detailed production layouts using 2-D CAD.
• Support product launches with qualification schedules and first article inspections.
• Review drawings and develop BOMs; provide technical guidance to production teams.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing jobs, equipment, and processes to keep production running smoothly.
• Collaborate with Quality on CPk analysis, 8D reports, PPAP/FAI, and 5-Why analyses.
• Develop and update work instructions and procedures for operations and testing.
