Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience reading electrical blueprints preferred.
• 3+ years of wire harness assembly experience preferred.
• Experience creating work instructions (1–2 years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret wire harness blueprints and schematics.
• Develop and maintain work instructions for assembly processes.
• Build first article samples to validate new designs.
• Support production teams with process improvements.
• Assist with SOPs, preventive maintenance documentation.
