Job summary

Senra Systems, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own wire harness programs from engineering release to production readiness. You will develop manufacturing documentation, define build processes, and drive improvements for quality and throughput.

The role emphasizes independent execution, problem‑solving, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams across production, quality, and supply chain. Onsite in California with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in production environments.
• Experience supporting or owning manufacturing builds or programs end‑to‑end.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and 5S.
• Time studies and basic capacity planning.
• Background in aerospace, defense, or high‑reliability manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing readiness for harness programs from kickoff through release.
• Develop work instructions, formboards, and basic tooling concepts.
• Translate drawings, BOMs and customer requirements into production‑ready processes.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality and schedule.
