Job summary

Senra Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own complex harness programs across our customer portfolio.

You will develop engineering packages, drive process improvements, and serve as the technical contact for assigned programs, collaborating with production, quality and customers to deliver on-time results. You will manage programs end-to-end, from customer relationships to engineering discharge, while working with minimal direction and ensuring compliance with aerospace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM field.
• 8+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering in fast-paced environments (wire harness/electrical).
• Strong customer-facing skills with ability to manage relationships.
• Proficiency in CAD tools for assembly drawings and tooling.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing: PFMEA, 5S, lean, time studies, capacity planning.
• Experience with IPC-620 or NASA STD 8739.4 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own complex harness programs end-to-end—manage customer relationships and technical issues.
• Develop engineering packages: detailed work instructions, formboards, tooling.
• Establish standards and processes for efficient autonomous production.
• Drive quality, efficiency, and throughput improvements.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and customers to deliver programs.
• Coordinate with software team on digital solutions for traceability and reporting.
• Maintain 5S and aerospace quality standards (IPC-620/NASA 8739.4).
• Maintain engineering documentation aligned with customer requirements.
