Job summary

Senra Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own complex wire harness programs, develop detailed work instructions and formboards, and drive process improvements across departments.

You will serve as the technical point of contact with customers and production teams, delivering quality on time with minimal supervision. You will manage programs end-to-end, including customer relationships, engineering decisions, and build-process development, reporting to the Lead Manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years in fast-paced manufacturing environments (wire harness or similar).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of complex harness builds with work instructions and tooling.
• Establish manufacturing standards enabling autonomous production.
• Drive quality, efficiency, throughput improvements.
• Evaluate new parts and processes for scalable assembly.
• Commission equipment and optimize production flow.
• Serve as technical liaison between production and customers.
• Coordinate with program management for reviews and communications.
• Cross-functionally collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain.
