Senra Systems, Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to own wire harness programs from engineering release to production readiness. You will develop manufacturing docs, define build processes, and drive improvements to quality and throughput.

The role emphasizes independent execution, problem solving, and collaboration with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain. Onsite in Redondo Beach or Cypress, CA with competitive compensation.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in production environments.
• Experience owning manufacturing builds or programs end-to-end.
• Knowledge of lean methods, 5S, and time studies.
• CAD tools for creating assembly drawings and formboards.

Mansioni

• Own manufacturing readiness for harness programs from kickoff through release.
• Develop engineering packages with work instructions, formboards, tooling concepts.
• Translate drawings, BOMs, and customer requirements into production processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet quality, schedule, and manufacturability.
• Support process validation and continuous improvement initiatives.
