Job summary

Senra Systems, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to bridge customer requirements with internal teams, from RFQ through production handoff and launch readiness.

You will lead programs for Tier 1 and Prime accounts, coordinating across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure successful delivery. You will manage scope, schedule, and risks while supporting cost estimates and proposals, acting as the integration layer between customer needs and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs from concept through production.
• Strong understanding of wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing processes, including IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, and customer technical requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own Customer Opportunities from RFQ through Production Handoff and coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Program Management.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans to closure.
• Develop and maintain milestone plans for quoting, engineering reviews, material procurement, and production launch activities.
• Review drawings, BOMs, specifications, and technical data packages to ensure understanding of customer requirements.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and track open actions, risks, dependencies and customer commitments.
• Provide concise updates to leadership highlighting decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and priorities.
