Senra Systems, Inc. is building a dedicated Production Engineering function on-site in Cypress, CA. The Production Engineer will support assembly technicians during active production, owning execution and ensuring documentation accuracy.

You will troubleshoot on-floor issues, verify kits and materials, disposition non-conformances, and collaborate with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to keep production moving and improve process reliability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in wire harness or cable assembly manufacturing.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
• Experience as a manufacturing/build or sustaining engineer.
• Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
• Citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Responsabilités

• Serve as on-floor technical resource during active production, resolving issues without halting throughput.
• Identify systemic issues and document them clearly for the ME/QA teams.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Dispositon non-conformances with rationale (as-is, rework, or scrap).
• Walk the floor during first builds and verify documentation accuracy.
