Job summary

FirstOption Workforce Solutions is seeking a dedicated assembler for a top San Antonio manufacturer. You will operate machinery, assemble mechanical and electronic components, and follow safety guidelines in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires 1–2 years of mechanical manufacturing experience, fluency in English, and the ability to read work instructions. Shifts run Monday–Thursday 5:45 AM–2:30 PM and Friday 5:45 AM–2:00 PM, paying $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of mechanical/industrial manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing work instructions with minimal assistance.
• Must pass background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components following specifications and daily productions goals.
• Operate warehouse equipment including electric hand tools, small overhead cranes, pallet jacks, etc.
• Stand for 8–12 hours depending on shift pattern; may need to bend, push, and pull product.
• Read and implement all policies and procedures for assigned workstations.
• Other duties as assigned.
