Job summary

FirstOption Workforce Solutions is seeking punctual and reliable candidates to join our client’s assembly team in San Antonio, TX. This role requires attention to detail, good communication, and manufacturing experience to meet daily production goals.

You will assemble mechanical and electronic components, operate warehouse equipment, and stand for long shifts up to 12 hours. A background check and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of automated production equipment or SMT experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing work instructions with minimal assistance.
• Required to have steel-toe boots.
• Must pass a background and drug test.

• Week 1:Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed(48 HRS)
• Week 2: Sun, Mon, Tue(36 HRS)
• Schedule 2: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Week 1: Thu, Fri, Sat(36 HRS)
• Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat (48 HRS)

Pay Rate

• $16/Hour
