Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately in Waukegan, IL for a Production Assembler to fabricate, route, and assemble complex wire harnesses and cable assemblies per engineering drawings and work instructions. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in aerospace or regulated environments and familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620.

The role offers 1st shift (Mon–Fri), starting around $20/hour with weekly pay and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building wire harnesses or cable assemblies in aerospace/regulated environments
• Experience with crimping, soldering and connector termination techniques (e.g., D-sub, circular, MIL-spec)
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, route, and assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies per drawings and work instructions
• Strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires with appropriate tools
• Install connectors, backshells, and hardware per specification
• Perform quality checks and inspections to IPC/WHMA-A-620 and customer standards
• Read wiring diagrams and ensure correct harness configuration
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and document work for traceability
