Job summary

Crystal Group is hiring a 2nd Shift Assembler, Wire Harness to join the Wire Harness department. You will assemble wire harnesses according to detailed specifications and participate in quality control to ensure reliable electrical connections across automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications.

The role requires reading schematics, performing troubleshooting, and maintaining tight tolerances with precision assembly, all while collaborating with engineers and production teams to support

Qualifications

Must have basic electrical knowledge and ability to read schematics.
Ability to identify issues and troubleshoot wiring harnesses quickly.
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail to ensure secure terminations.

Responsibilities

Assemble wire harnesses per specifications and blueprints.
Perform quality control checks to prevent defects.
Collaborate with engineering/production to improve processes and efficiency.
