Cemen Tech Inc. is seeking a Wire Harness Assembler in Indianola, IA. The position focuses on building wiring harnesses, including cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and assembling wires per work instructions.

You will read blueprints, interpret diagrams, and work with power and hand tools in a structured shop setting. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to follow written or diagram-based directions.

Qualifications

• Have basic electrical knowledge.
• Read and understand electrical blueprints.
• Use of power tools such as drill, jig saw, and knockout punch.

Reports to:Electrical Shop Supervisor

Hours: Monday-Thursday 6:00AM - 4:30PM

*Overtime hours on Friday/Saturday during peak business

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The purpose of this position is to build wiring harnesses, including cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and assembling wires according to work instructions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Education, Experience, & Computer Skills:
