Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Wire EDM experience.
• Proficiency in manual G-code programming.
• Reading blueprints and Op sheets with accuracy.
• Strong high school level mathematics understanding.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate Wire EDM machines, ensuring proper fixture alignment and clean tanks.
• Program or edit CNC G-code; use Esprit CAM or Siemens NX to optimize parameters.
• Review blueprints and op sheets to verify part conformance with precision measuring tools.
• Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and maintain defect-free production.
• Adhere to PPE policies and keep a clean, safe workspace for shift continuity.
