A-1 Machining Co LLC is seeking a skilled EDM Wire Machine Operator to set up, program, and operate wire EDM equipment to manufacture high-precision components. You will interpret drawings, measure parts, perform routine maintenance, and document production activities to ensure quality and safety standards.

The role requires strict tolerance control, teamwork, and a proactive approach to learning with engineering and programming staff.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to learn and follow written and oral instructions.
• Experience with wire EDM processes or precision machining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate wire EDM machines.
• Maintain tolerances of ±0.0001" and inspect own work.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
