Job summary

Moeller Precision Tool in Antioch, TN is seeking a skilled Wire EDM Operator for the night shift. You will set up and operate Wire EDM machines, read blueprints, and maintain tight tolerances in a climate-controlled shop environment.

The position offers $24-$29/hr plus a night shift premium and weekly overtime, with benefits including BCBS medical, life insurance, dental/vision, and PTO/paid holidays. Requires 2+ years' Wire EDM experience and familiarity with Mitsubishi, Makino or Fanuc

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Wire EDM or related machining experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Ability to hold tight tolerances on precision components.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Mitsubishi, Makino or Fanuc equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Moeller Precision Tool is seeking an experienced Wire EDM Operator to join our night shift team. Earn $24-$29/hr plus a Night Shift Premium and weekly overtime while working in a clean, climate-controlled precision machining environment. You'll work with advanced Wire EDM equipment producing high-precision tooling components for global industries.

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting at $24.00 - $29.00/hr (based on experience).
• Additional $2.25/hr Night Shift Premium.
• Overtime paid at 1.5× after 40 hours.

• Experience holding tight tolerances on precision components.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with Mitsubishi, Makino, Fanuc, or similar Wire EDM equipment is a plus.

Night Shift Schedule:

• Training on Day Shift, transition to nights.
• 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (Mon-Fri).
• 45-50 hours/week (OT Required).
