Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in manufacturing industry.
• Three years machining experience required.
• Two years wire EDM setup and operation preferred.
• Proficient with precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up Wire EDM machines to produce precision parts.
• Use micrometers, calipers, indicators and gauges to verify accuracy.
• Read engineering drawings and GD&T to determine requirements.
• Perform EDM maintenance tasks and manage consumables.
• Troubleshoot EDM processes to maintain productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering/QA to improve processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
