Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a Wire Design Engineer contractor to develop and maintain cable and harness designs for Boeing programs (737, 777, etc.). The role involves analysis, design reviews, and creating formal design dispositions for discrepancies.

The candidate will document specifications, develop statements of work, and review supplier capabilities. Expected to work under minimal direction on complex electrical components.

Qualifications

• CADDStation (for Wire Design Engineer 652)
• CATIA and/or Enovia (for Wire and Equipment Installation Engineer 679)
• advanced level

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs.

• Documents processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commodities.

• Performs technical review of supplier capabilities to facilitate source selection.
• Works under minimal direction.

This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.
