Job summary

DSG Supply in Fargo, ND is seeking a Wire Cutting Warehouse Senior Associate for a full-time, hourly role. Typical duties include wire cutting, order pulling, shipping/receiving, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Responsibilities cover using RF devices, inventory checks, and loading trucks while meeting daily productivity goals. The position emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, safety, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wire cutting experience and related warehouse operations experience.
• Safety training on material handling and forklift driving.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in wire cutting.
• Notify Branch Manager about shortages or overages in inventory.
• Use computer and RF gun to check status, availability, and location of product.
• Accurately pull material from location to fill each order.
• Pack, label, and place filled orders in proper location for delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, picker, turret) as trained.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and floors.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Load delivery trucks as needed.
• Handle calls for warehouse when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
