DSG Supply in Fargo, ND is seeking a Wire Cutting Warehouse Senior Associate for a full-time, hourly role. Typical duties include wire cutting, order pulling, shipping/receiving, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wire cutting experience and related warehouse operations experience.
• Safety training on material handling and forklift driving.

• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and floors.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Load delivery trucks as needed.
• Handle calls for warehouse when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

DSG is seeking a Wire Cutting Warehouse Senior Associate in our Fargo, NDlocation. In this full time, hourly position, work is typically performed between the hours of 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday, but may vary on occasion according to business needs. As a Warehouse Senior Associate, you will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations , including but not limited to: order pulling, shipping & receiving, putting product away, handling and preparing product for shipment, and maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work environment. Warehouse Senior Associates have demonstrated years of experience performing warehouse operations tasks and/or are responsible for specific skilled operations within the warehouse operations. The main focus of this role will be in wire cutting.

A Typical Day in the Life of a Wire Cutting Warehouse Senior Associate at DSG:

• Assist in wire cutting.
• Notifies Branch Manager about shortages or overages in inventory.
• Uses computer and/or RF gun to check on status, availability, and location of product.
• Accurately pulls material from location to fill each order.
• Pack, label, and place filled orders in proper location for delivery.
• Regular operation of warehouse equipment (forklift, picker, turret, etc., training/certification provided).
• Ensures a clean, safe working environment: sweeps and mops floors, cleans and dusts shelves, sorts and dumps trash in appropriate bins.
• Adheres to all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Maintains proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
• Work with fellow warehouse associates to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Loads delivery trucks as needed.
• Handle calls for warehouse when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  

A Successful Wire Cutting Warehouse Senior Associate Typically Has:

• Advanced product and warehouse knowledge that would normally be acquired in five or more years of applicable wire cutting experience.
• Safety training on material handling and forklift driving.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis, and up to 100 lbs. on an occasional basis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
