Job summary

Wesco's distribution facility in Georgia is hiring an experienced Senior Warehouse Associate. You will handle receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, and light assembly to support customer orders and overall supply chain operations.

Daily responsibilities include operating wire respooling machinery, calculating lengths, inspecting parts, loading and unloading, and safely moving materials with a forklift. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and a willingness to learn new equipment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience.
• 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Reach truck experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate wire respooling machinery to prepare specialized wire cuts for shipment.
• Calculate wire respooling length based on desired completion footage.
• Visually inspect wire for imperfections and part number accuracy.
• Ability to learn and set-up stripe machine, twist machine, and etch line.
• Load, unload and move material in a safe manner manually or by using a forklift or other approved device.
