Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Value-Added Services team member in Altoona, IA, to support VAS functions with high accuracy. The role includes wire cutting, order kitting, and warehouse tasks using RF scanners and forklifts.

Expect a Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm schedule, with responsibilities across receiving, picking, packing, and coordinating with supervisors. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, forklift certification, and 1+ year of warehouse experience,

Qualifications

• Reads and understands cut tags and cut comments.
• Operates or learns to use required software and industrial equipment.
• Communicates clearly; works well in a team.
• Maintains productivity and accuracy to meet targets.
• Reliable, adaptable, follows instructions.

Responsabilités

• Perform wire cutting using reel-to-reel and coiler machines.
• Conduct order kitting and sub-assembly per customer specs; ensure accuracy.
• Set up and perform parallels.
• Receive, pick, relocate, and store wire and pipe; load trucks for delivery.
• Assist with RF scanner–driven warehouse tasks: pick, pack, ship, receive, cycle count.
