Job summary

Teledyne Imaging Sensors is seeking a Wire Bonding Technician in Camarillo, CA. The role focuses on bonding FPA and silicon readout devices, with QA inspection and strict adherence to bonding diagrams and procedures.

You will work under a microscope, use manual ball and wedge bonders, and operate automatic wire bonders while following ESD controls and ERP data tracking requirements. This full-time position offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of experience or an Associate's degree with 0–2 years of experience.
• Experience with wiring bonders and FPA/silicon readouts.
• Familiarity with ESD controls and handling under a microscope.

Responsibilities

• Perform wire bonding of Focal Plane Arrays (FPA) and silicon readout devices.
• Inspect and evaluate parts per Quality Assurance requirements.
• Follow established procedures and bonding diagrams.
• Frequently use ERP system for data tracking and reporting.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform wire bonding of Focal Plane Arrays (FPA) and silicon readout devices.
• Inspect and evaluate parts in accordance with Quality Assurance requirements.
• Accurately follow established procedures and bonding diagrams.
• Frequently work with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for tracking and reporting of data.

What You Need:

• Experience using and setting up manual ball and wedge bonding and automatic wire bonders.
• Ability to work under a microscope with good hand-eye coordination.
• Familiarity with electrostatic discharge (ESD) controls.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with three (3) to five (5) years of experience or associate's degree in a related field with zero (0) to two (2) years of experience.

Salary Range:

$44,500.00-$59,300.000
