Job summary

Career Team is a leading workforce development organization in Deep East Texas, seeking a WIOA Program Manager to oversee Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth Career Advisors. The role requires onsite leadership of day-to-day operations, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives.

You will train staff in case management, coordinate enrollment and referrals, and drive outcomes via quality management and Strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Services, or related field, plus 2–4 years of proven management experience.
• Knowledge of WIOA Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth programs operations and performance requirements.
• Strong project management, organizational, data analysis, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and coaching to Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth Career Advisors.
• Approve enrollment applications and support services; oversee referral pathways.
• Manage program staff to meet performance goals and maintain accurate case records.
• Plan and implement a quality management model for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct monthly report-outs and train staff in case management activities.
