Wintrust offers the opportunities to grow and develop your career and fosters a promote from within culture. **Community Impact Intern Job Responsibilities:*** **Communications:** Support planning for, creation & launch of Community Impact Report, collect testimonials from employees, community members & customers, develop collateral for internal & external audiences.* **Portfolio:** Maintain records for partner organizations including contact info, board rep (if applicable), collateral needed, upcoming events.* **Volunteerism & Events**: Support event creation & communication, utilize volunteer software system to manage events & pull reports, train others on using volunteer platform. Attend events as needed.* **Metrics & Market Analysis:** Gather partner metrics, collect, analyze and monitor internal data collection (volunteer hours, employees on nonprofit boards, financial data).
