Job summary

Telluride Ski & Golf in Massachusetts is seeking a Tubing Park Attendant at Catamount Ski Area. You will start up and shut down the ground carpet, load/unload guests, provide safe loading instructions, and help monitor spacing and safety.

You must pass lift operator training, deliver outstanding customer service, and be comfortable outdoors in all weather, with weekend and holiday shifts. The role includes required safety procedures, daily logs, and teamwork to keep the tubing area running

Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down ground carpet as instructed by manager.
• Provide guests with basic loading/unloading instructions.
• Observe and assist guests with loading and spacing of tubes.
• Ensure guests use ground carpet safely and properly.
• Maintain loading/unloading ground carpet to specifications.
• Complete daily lift logs and required paperwork.
• Report lift accidents or issues to manager immediately.
• Report carpet issues to maintenance promptly.
• Assist maintenance with troubleshooting when required.
• Complete Tramway incident reports when required.
• May cross train with lifts personnel.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

• Ensure that guests are using ground carpet properly and safely.
• Maintain loading and unloading ground carpet at required specifications.
• Complete daily lift logs and any other required paperwork.
• Report any lift related accidents or injuries to the manager immediately.
• Report malfunction or other carpet issues to maintenance immediately.
• Assist maintenance with troubleshooting when required.
• Complete Tramway incident reports when required.
• May cross train with lifts personnel.
• Perform other task as assigned by the Manager.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• Skilled in providing outstanding customer service.

Shift Requirements

• Hours may be long, including early morning through early evening.
• Frequent weekend and holiday shifts.

Age Requirements

• Applicants must be at least age 18 to work as attendant and 17 as a helper.
