Job summary

Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Area, part of Vail Resorts, offers a winter seasonal role in our Product Sales & Services team. Join our mountain team to assist guests, process tickets and passes, and support ski school and activity services across resort locations.

You will work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with weekend/holiday shifts, starting at $20/hour, and access to free passes, employee discounts, and Epic Service training. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Ability to communicate via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest service in contact centers, ski school locations, and ticket offices.
• Communicate with guests via phone and email.
• Explain and process all resort products and services.
• Complete daily end of Shift POS/register audits.
• Be a part of a fun, professional, caring work environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional experiences.
