Vail Resorts is hiring for winter seasons across our mountain resorts, including positions in Guest Services, Ticket sales, and Mountain Operations. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time shifts available and housing options offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Work in contact centers, ski school locations, ticket/pass offices and throughout the resort to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Communicate with guests via phone and email.
• Explain and process all resort products and services accurately.
• Complete daily end-of-shift POS/register audits.
• Be part of a fun, professional, caring work environment.
• Support multiple departments across the resort as needed.
