Job summary

Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Area is seeking a Lead for Product Sales and Service for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 period. The role demands leadership across ticketing, passes, ski & ride school, and guest services, with a focus on Epic Service and a strong guest experience.

Starting pay ranges from $21.50 to $26.88 per hour, with full-time seasonal hours and housing not provided. A high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in customer service are required, along with basic computer skills and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in customer service or ticket sales.
• Able to work indoor/outdoor environments; flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and Epic Service standards.
• Lead on-floor operations across PSS lines including tickets, passes, and lessons.
• Coach and develop teammates to reflect resort brand and guest journey from purchase to departure.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, real-time decisions, and service flow.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment; escalate when needed.
