You'll work in-person at one of our Michigan offices, with a flexible part-time schedule (~20 hours/week), guided by experienced CPAs and mentors, and you’ll perform real client work that builds your technical and professional skills.

This internship is designed to lead to future opportunities with AHP after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Preparing individual and business tax returns with guidance from experienced professionals
• Assisting with tax workpapers and supporting documentation
• Conducting tax research and resolving basic tax questions
• Learning tax software and firm processes
• Collaborating with tax professionals on a variety of client engagements
• Supporting additional projects as needed throughout the busy season
