Job summary

ProScapes Lawn, Landscape & Snow in Eagan, Minnesota is seeking dependable Snow Removal Crew Members for the upcoming winter season. This seasonal, on-call role involves clearing sidewalks, entrances, steps, and walkways at commercial and residential properties; shifts happen as storms arrive, including overnight and holidays.

Operate snow blowers and equipment, apply salt, and coordinate with crew leaders to complete routes safely. Prior outdoor labor experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Dependable and able to report to work on short notice when snow events occur.
• Available for overnight, early morning, weekend, and holiday snow events.
• Ability to work outdoors in cold, snowy, icy conditions.
• Physically demanding work including repeated shoveling, lifting, walking, and standing.
• Comfortable operating snow removal equipment including snow blowers.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Attention to safety and property protection.
• Reliable transportation to report to work.
• Previous outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, building entrances, steps, and other pedestrian areas
• Safely operate snow blowers and other snow removal equipment
• Shovel snow efficiently while protecting landscaping and property
• Apply salt and deicing materials as directed
• Follow routes, site maps, and property instructions
• Work with crew leaders and team members to complete properties efficiently
• Inspect snow removal equipment before and after use
• Communicate equipment issues and site conditions to supervisors
• Work safely during extended snow events
• Maintain high level of service for customers
