Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow site maps, work tickets, route plans, safety information, weather-response instructions, and verbal direction.
• Dependable attendance and ability to respond within call-in and event-readiness expectations.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, teamwork, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Shovel, scrape, sweep, and clear assigned pedestrian areas to the required width and service standard.
• Apply approved deicing materials at directed rates and locations; avoid waste and overapplication.
• Operate snow removal equipment after training and authorization.
• Complete detail and cleanup work around entrances, ramps, and other priority points.
• Record time and service information and communicate obstacles or issues promptly.
