Job summary

Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort is seeking enthusiastic Ski & Ride School Instructors to provide exceptional guest service while helping guests of all ages improve their skiing and snowboarding skills in a safe learning environment.

Instructors must be punctual, maintain a professional appearance, and be able to work with changing schedules. Certification and seniority may influence class assignments, with opportunities for professional growth through clinics and PSIA/AASI functions.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Good physical conditioning: flexibility, strength, endurance.
• Willingness to continue professional development via clinics and PSIA/AASI functions.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Teach Ski/Snowboard lessons to various ages and abilities.
• Organize lessons under supervisor guidance.
• Lead lineups and assist with guest arrivals and rental shop tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and PSIA/AASI progressions.
• Attend clinics to improve teaching and skiing techniques.
• Support daily setup/teardown of lesson areas.
