Job summary

Mount Snow, LTD seeks Ski School Support Staff for a fast-paced, guest-focused environment in Dover, VT. You will support children's programming, rental operations, guest check-in/out, and lesson area lift operations.

Starting wage ranges from $20.00 to $31.00 per hour; Winter Seasonal 2026/2027, with both full-time and part-time hours. Housing available; weekend/holiday work required, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, service-based environment.
• Fluent in all aspects of English language.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills with guests and employees.
• Strong computer skills, typing, and data entry preferred.
• Early childhood care experience preferred.
• Ski or snowboarding experience to assist lessons as necessary preferred.
• Successfully passed the background check required.

Responsibilities

• Daily reservation and sales processing on resort operating systems.
• Daily setup and teardown of indoor facilities; keep areas clean and welcoming.
• Adhere to health code policies for facility cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean, orderly facility amid high guest flow.
• Work with small children to facilitate games and activities.
• Wear a snow sports helmet while skiing/riding in uniform.
• Lead and model safety standards; support health and safety culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
